Using the right style knife for the job is crucial for safety as well as efficiency when cooking. Learn the basics of chopping, dicing, and slicing as well as basic terms such as “julienne” and “chiffonade.” Discover when it’s appropriate to use a paring knife, utility knife, and chef’s knife. This hands-on class will allow participants to practice the skills learned so that you’ll be more confident around sharp objects!
