Calling all vegans! Come join us for a meat and dairy free Thanksgiving meal that will sure to please everyone whether vegan or not. Kristine will take you step by step through the recipes with suggestions for ingredients and shortcuts, along with organizing your cooking time. This Thanksgiving Meal has all the comforting flavors of the traditional meal.
Instructor Bio: Kristine Freshour is a chef, culinary instructor, and ServSafe sanitation instructor in the greater Bloomington-Normal area. She has worked as a sorority chef, culinary director, baker, and more recently as a chef instructor at Logan Correctional Facility for Women. She currently teaches culinary arts classes at Heartland Community College and is excited about bringing her classes to Green Top Grocery as well.
