- 1 bunch of celery
- 2lbs salad radishes
- 2 celeriac bulbs
- 6lbs of potatoes
- 5lbs of sweet potatoes
- 4lbs of winter squash (butternut, acorn and/or kabocha pumpkin)
- 1 bunch of fresh herbs
- Recipe cards for all 5 dishes as well as an emailed PDF version
