Join me (Katie!) for a hands-on class exploring the magical world of summer medicinal herbs! On August 10 from 1:30-3:30pm at Green Top Grocery’s teaching kitchen, As devotee to the natural world, I’ll introduce you to some of my summertime favorites – mullein, sage, comfrey, capsaicin and cornsilk!

You’ll discover incredible healing properties and how to use these herbs safely and effectively. I’ll will guide you through the fascinating process of foraging, identifying, and growing your own! You’ll be immersed in their magic by tasting, smelling, touching and admiring them. You’ll also get to practice your skills by getting hands-on and making your own creations in class as well as at home with tools and instructions you get to take with you!

Get ready to engage all your senses as you taste, smell, touch and admire these powerful plants.

The $55 fee covers all materials, including fresh, dried, or living plants, tools, samples, snacks and goodies to take home. You’ll also receive a colorful E-Book packed with tips and information to continue your herbal journey. All participants get VIP access to sign up for future classes before the public as well as access to a private facebook group where class materials, videos and additional learning opportunities will live. It’s a great place to continue to build our community, ask questions, get inspired and learn more (and it’s ONLY for those that have attended my classes!).
