Our Board

Green Top Grocery is governed by an elected Board of Directors made up of nine owners who serve the co-op on a volunteer basis for three year terms. Members of the Board of Directors are elected by the Green Top Grocery ownership at the Annual Meeting of Owners. The Board is responsible for the overall direction of Green Top Grocery and recommends updates to the Bylaws, all in the best interest of the co-op. The Board of Directors meets regularly on the last Tuesday of the month at 6pm, unless otherwise noted. Board meetings are open to owners.
